ACAF to Host 2019 Magic of the Season MarketPlace

In addition to our annual Holiday Boutique, this year the Arts Foundation is also managing the one-night crafts event, Marketplace, part of the City's Tree Lighting event at Shenandoah Park.

The Marketplace will have a variety of crafters offering homemade gifts for the holidays, as well as See's Candies for sale. We are also putting together a holiday themed art show, also part of the Tree Lighting event.

The Tree Lighting will be Friday, December 6, from 6-9pm. There will be a lighted parade, opening ceremonies, opportunities to buy food, get a picture with Santa and a variety of other activities. It is the kick-off for the City's Magic of the Season weekend, which includes not only the tree lighting, but also Snow Day and the Reindeer Run (on Saturday, December 7).
