Call For Artists - Community Mosaic Project

There is still time to submit your artistic concept for the Foundation's most ambitious public art project. We teamed up with Nimbus Arts, the Parks Foundation and the Boys & Girls Club to create and install a mosaic art project on the new Boys & Girls Club Building in American Canyon.

The deadline is Friday, January 11. The application process is very simple: send us a pdf or jpg file presenting your concept for the project, in an email to info@amcanart.org. Include contact information.

The themes for this project include what defines American Canyon: family, outdoor nature, diversity, youth. The winning concept will be used to develop the mosaic design, and from there we will engage the community to help us build the art.

The artist selected will receive a $500 stipend, as well as recognition at the site.
