Black History Month Celebration
Please join us on Saturday, February 24 at the City's Senior Center, from 6-9 pm. We will celebrate Black History Month with guest speakers, music, performances and light refreshments. This FREE event is made possible in part by grants from the City of American Canyon and the Arts Council Napa Valley.
The program includes the following:
Spiritual Music by "The Has-Beens"
Presentation by Sharon McGriff-Payne on African American History in the North Bay
Presentation by Pam Jones on the iconic Black Artist, Jacob Lawrence
Music by "Bow Hammer Skins"
Light refreshments will be served.
